I'm a Technical Account Manager at AWS doing project coordination and enterprise support work for FAANG customers. I've led a VR game launch on GameLift (70% infrastructure reduction, caught pre-launch bottlenecks), managed live ops for global streaming events, coordinated 6PB enterprise data migrations, and presented GPU capacity plans for AI deployments on Bedrock.
Before AWS, I spent 8 years at GoDaddy progressing from support to sysadmin to TAM. I also hold a Master's in Game Production. The skills translate across domains: coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risks early, building systems from scratch, and shipping on time.
